Three people, work for five
Brief
Three people, work for five: at my own web agency, Yoxy, content, lead qualification, client reports and competitor monitoring ate up more than 20 hours a week that project work needed.
One agent for four workflows
Approach
I set up Hermes as a self-learning AI agent for four workflows: social media drafts via cron job, independent lead research with a finished dossier, automatic monthly reports and weekly competitor monitoring. Setup in 5 working days, then about 2 weeks of fine-tuning the tone.
Half a position, won back
Result
After three months the agent handles around 14 to 20 hours a week, roughly half a full-time job. The team reviews results instead of producing them. Strategy and client relationships stay with people. What did not work is documented too.
