01 · Brief

Three people, work for five: content creation, lead qualification, client reports and competitor monitoring ate up 20+ hours a week at web agency Yoxy — time missing from actual project work.

02 · Approach

Hermes was configured as a self-learning AI agent for four core processes: social media drafts via cron job, autonomous lead research with ready-made dossiers, automated monthly reports and weekly competitor monitoring. Set up in 5 working days, followed by about 2 weeks of tone calibration.

03 · Result

After three months the agent handles around 14–20 hours per week — roughly half a full-time position. The team reviews results instead of producing them; strategy and client relationships stay human. Documented including what did not work.
