01 · Brief

A Kurdish influencer wanted to move her community from the Instagram feed into a real place to learn, warm and personal rather than another language app. Kurmancî is rarely taught in a structured way, and many learners grew up in the diaspora carrying the quiet shame of never having learned their own language. The platform had to hold that gentle tone while cleanly supporting lessons, live classes and subscriptions.

02 · Approach

We built a bespoke editorial brand system, calm colours, serif type and a seated, "around the table" visual language, on a Next.js platform with Payload as the CMS. Video lessons, audio for shadowing and small quizzes, a free taster lesson with no sign-up, a weekly live class on Zoom and three Stripe subscriptions. All content is bilingual (DE/EN) and the teacher maintains her own lessons.

03 · Result

A learning platform that feels like a conversation, not an app. A clear tariff structure, frictionless Stripe subscriptions and a presence that turns the community from followers into paying learners.
